Weaponized Vehicles Master Policy

Chapter 1: Vehicle Deployment

Policy 1.1: Hunters & Hydras
These are the only situations in which you may fly a Hunter or Hydra without SA:MP Operations approval:

Outside of Major Cities (LS & LV & SF).
In SA:MP Op's designated red-zones if you belong to the Faction/Gang of which the red-zone is designated to (IE: A SAAS member may fly his Hunter or Hydra in the SAAS red-zone).
(Note: People who are not part of the faction in the red-zone they are inside must get approval before using any weaponized vehicles inside that red-zone. (IE: FBI/PRA bringing a hunter to the SAAS red-zone to attack and or defend it))
If a war has been declared and approved by the Director or Assistant director of SA:MP Operations, hunters may be flown anywhere but must follow rules of engagement.

Policy 1.2: Sea-sparrows & Rustlers

Sea-sparrows and Rustlers may be flown and used inside city limits if they are needed in order to defend a faction HQ/Gang HQ (Locked Turf). Seasparrows and rustlers may also be deployed in city limits to respond to gang conflicts, or aggressive heavily armed aggressors. They can't be used on active turfs per policy 2.7 of the turf policy.

Policy 1.3: Rhinos (Tanks)

Rhinos may be deployed in SA:MP Op's red-zones but must follow rules of engagement pertaining to them specifically.
Rhinos may be driven outside of city limits (LS & SF) by anyone without approval.
(Note: Main server offenses still apply. No car ramming allowed.)

Policy 1.4: Predators (Boat)

Predators may be deployed anywhere without SA:MP Operations approval.

Policy 1.5: SWAT Van (Mr. Splashy)

SWAT Vans may be deployed anywhere without SA:MP Operations approval.

Policy 1.6: Deployment during crate raids

Only one weaponized vehicle can be deployed at the time during crate raids, regardless of its nature. Another vehicle can be deployed if the previous one is destroyed. Only the faction that owns the crate facility can deploy that vehicle.
(i.e.: Only SAAS can deploy a hunter on the Ocean Docks Facility to defend it even if another faction is assisting them with the defense).

The only ground vehicle rockets are allowed to be used against are Rhinos.
(Note: Convenient 'Missclicks' in regards to firing rockets will not be tolerated. Similarly, excuses such as "I was firing at a vehicle near him!" will also, not be tolerated (will result in a two hour prison and one month group ban).
Rockets may be used on Rhinos, Hunters, Hydras without approval as long as the pilot complies with the main server offenses.
Miniguns may be used on anything as long as the pilot is abiding by the main server offenses.

Opposing nations may use Sea-sparrows and Rustlers to provide air-support to their infantry when attacking an enemy city without approval.
(Note: Deployment of them does not require any approval, but they must follow the rules of engagement & the main server offenses at all times).

Policy 2.3: Rhinos (Tanks)

Rhino shells may be used against enemy weaponized vehicles as long as they comply with the main server offenses & the deployment policies (rocket spam is not allowed, only one shell every three seconds).
Rhinos are not allowed to be used against ground forces in any situation unless they have approval from SA:MP Operations.
(Note: Even if ground forces are firing upon a Rhino, the Rhino cannot return fire unless they have approval from SA:MP Op's).

Policy 2.4: Predators (Boat)

Miniguns may be used on anything as long as the driver is abiding by the main server offenses.

Policy 2.5: SWAT Vans (Mr. Splashy)

Chapter 3: DGA's Approval

Policy 3.1: Hunters & Hydras

If you wish to deploy a Hunter, Hydra or Rhino within LS or SF during peace times you must get approval from DGA.
